2. The height span ratio of roof truss is 1:5-1:6, and the purlin spacing shall not exceed 1500mm
3. Installation
In order to ensure personal safety, ladders or other qualified facilities shall be used in construction.
Do not step between two purlins during installation.
When installing ridged roof, both side tiles and ridge tiles should be installed at the same time.
Please install by professional installation team to ensure the installation quality.
4. Lap joint
Width lap (transverse lap) requirements: 840 t-tile lap a ripple.
The length lap (longitudinal lap) shall not be less than 100 mm. When the height span ratio is less than 1:10, the longitudinal lap should be greater than 30 cm.
5. Fixation
We must use the special hook provided by our company to fix it. The company will not be responsible for any problems arising from the installation of other hooks such as self tapping screws.
Each purlin and tile should be installed with three sets of hooks evenly, and the hooks must be fixed on the wave crest.
At the longitudinal edge, each wave crest shall be fixed on the purlin with tile hook.
When installing the tile hook, special pressure pad should be used on the tile surface. When tightening the nut, the tightness should be moderate, and it should not be too tight.
Please use special wooden nails to fix the wooden purlin.
6. When cutting the tile, use a circular fine tooth saw.
7. Drilling
Drilling with electric drill.
When drilling, it should be 2mm larger than the screw rod used.
The wrong hole can be repaired with PVC special adhesive.
8. Storage and handling
Storage on the plane, the length of the plane is not less than the length of the tile, and the placement is stable.
Different corrugated tiles shall not be stacked together, and short tiles shall be placed on top of long ones when stacked with the same waveform tiles.
Please store in a cool place for stacking or long-term storage.
When handling, pay attention to avoid damage or abrasion, scratch the surface and affect the normal use.
