Three inspection standards for synthetic resin tile

In recent years, the quality of synthetic resin tile on the market is uneven, and many customers are hesitant. In view of the quality problems, the small edition lists three major inspection standards for resin tile, as follows:

1. For high-quality synthetic resin tile, one kilogram steel ball falls freely from 2m height, and there is no crack on the tile surface, and the steel ball falling at low temperature is not damaged; and the inferior synthetic resin tile will be broken when the construction personnel step on the tile.

2. The high-quality synthetic resin tile can be burned without peculiar smell. After leaving the fire source, it will automatically extinguish and meet the B1 level; the inferior synthetic resin tile has peculiar smell and will burn when leaving the fire source.

3. High quality synthetic resin tile can resist the corrosion of acid, alkali, salt and other chemicals for a long time. The pigment used in the surface layer of inferior synthetic resin tile will produce chemical reaction and fade.
